When we first began to dream about a company that would be called LiveSmart 360, I had no idea that we would launch with more than 160,000 people in 93 countries. I wanted to be sure we could offer a full range of products for home and personal care, weight loss, and added energy throughout the day. I knew that I wanted to offer the most generous compensation anywhere, with incredible lifestyle rewards and plenty of chances for leaders to advance and be recognized. But all of those details had to be worked out carefully.

I didn't know at the time that two business development talents like Mike and Tiffany Potillo would come to work with my wife Jeanine and me, and that this partnership of ideas would be so rewarding and fun.
